Ok, so amongst the invites to glamorous parties and high fashion press days, you might not initially think that a Wilkinson’s Health and beauty press day would be that appealing…but let me tell you…it was an evening full of useful revelations!
I’ve never been a huge snob when it comes to the beauty and health products I buy, but I must admit I get more excited when I am gifted a luxurious or expensive product to review.
Although I am of course aware that a renowned brand name will amp up the price tag, whether or not the ingredients warrant it, I was not aware how similar the so called budget products are to the pricey contemporaries.
I had the pleasure of speaking to the clever woman who actually makes Wilkinsons products. She explained in detail how the hair products are pretty much exactly the same in terms of their abilities and scientific intelligence to that of a well known hairdressers more costly alternative.
Out of their sleekly designed line of Super Saving Salon Styling products the Dry Shampoo was the most appealing to me – let me point out this is not merely cos I’m lazy, but due to my job I am often forced to live on the scummy side of life at festivals. Available in two shades (All shades and Brunette) it costs a mere 98p…. I challenge you to argue with that!!
As well as the desirable prices Wilkinsons make’s it very easy for you to buy their products with four ways to purchase… in store, via their catalogue, on the phone at 08456 08 08 07 or online at www.wilinsonplus.com.
